How much is shipping?

Shipping is calculated at checkout! It all depends on what items you want to order, and where you are ordering from.

 

Can I change an order after it has been placed?

Once an order is made, no changes can be made. Including the item(s), and/or personal information. So please be sure of your size, color, and make sure to provide the correct address before placing an order. 

There is a mandatory check box before checkout that will have you agree to these terms prior to placing your order.

 

What’s your return & exchange policy?

I don't accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations

However, if there is an issue with your order, please make sure to email jjsminifashionistas@gmail.com so we can do our best to help you!

Can’t find your order confirmation?

Please check your spam or promotions tab of your email! Nine times out of ten customers are finding it there unless you chose to have a text order confirmation.

 What happens if my package was return to sender?

Please make sure all shipping information is right when proceeding to check out. Customers will be responsible for any shipping cost to reship out RTS packages. We will contact our customers with the information they provided at checkout to further instruct them with how to proceed.

 

Think your order might be lost in the mail?

At checkout we have an option for shipping protecction so if your package is lost, damaged or stolen you are able to file a claim and if approved, you get your item resent to you. JjsMinifashionistas nor the Postal Service is liable for any lost, damaged or stolen items if you do not pay for protection.

That being said if you are trying to track your order and you notice that it is not moving or marked as delivered when you know it hasn’t been, here are a few things you can do:

- Before reporting non-receipt of a package, please be sure you check with neighbors, roommates, family members or anyone else who may have been home at the time the package was delivered.

- Wait at least 48 hours. Some packages show up days, weeks or even months after saying delivered.

- If any of these do not work for you please file a claim with the shipping provider you selected at checkout. They are more likely to help you and figure out where your package may have gone.

For any other questions regarding your order, please email jjsminifashionistas@gmail.com, don’t forget to include your order number! We will try our best to get a response back to your email within 5 business days. Please refrain from sending multiple emails. 

*Note that direct messages on social media are not monitored and will not be answered regarding orders.
